The speech is simple and in short sentences. If possible, no foreign words are used. However, it never falls into childishness. EdgeOne is clear, friendly and honest. We understand our users and want to help them in the best possible way.
We have a slightly playful touch, but we don't try to be funny. We address our users by their first name. If it is necessary, our approach is target-oriented and direct.


Of course we try to avoid mistakes in the application. An error message must remain the exception. But if it does happen, then technical jargon is not useful for most of our users. Better is a simple and clear explanation and instruction, how the user can solve the problem without programming knowledge.
