Role Overview
The Team Lead Project Governance and Documentation ensures structured project execution by defining and maintaining governance frameworks, documentation standards, and compliance protocols in alignment with Germanedge project methodologies. Key Responsibilities
1. Project Governance (Aligned with Germanedge Standards)
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks for project execution based on Germanedge Agile and Lean principles.
- Ensure alignment with Germanedge compliance, documentation, and audit policies.
- Define project roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths according to Germanedge's decision-making framework.
- Maintain risk registers and enforce governance mechanisms within Edge.One project implementations.
2. Documentation Management (Based on Germanedge Standards)
- Develop and maintain standardized templates, guidelines, and document structures in Confluence and JIRA aligned with Germanedge project documentation best practices.
- Implement version control and document tracking to ensure transparency and traceability.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of all project-related documents via Germanedge’s Document Management System (DMS).
- Regularly audit project documentation to ensure compliance with Germanedge’s quality standards.
3. Decision and Communication Management
- Maintain a Decision Log to track key project decisions, rationales, and approvals using JIRA Workflows.
- Ensure proper recording of Meeting Notes with clearly assigned action items and deadlines in Confluence.
- Ensure structured review and approval of Contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) with Legal and Business Operations.
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making based on Germanedge’s fact-driven approach.
4. Tools and Collaboration
- Ensure structured usage of JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom to support governance and documentation processes.
- Train project teams on best practices for project documentation and governance using Germanedge Training Academy resources.
- Work closely with Product Development and Professional Services teams to ensure a seamless flow of project information.
