Behavior
1) First time logging in:

2) from second logging in:
The first idea will be to not make this configurable, so this screen will always be between logging in and the moment we open the menu. (see also in wireframe in attachment).
show this page only when logging in after the first time. Let this page fade out and provide a blank background for now. This will be handled later. The fade out time could be the loading time of UPW.
3) when logging out:
provide the possibility to log in again, where we come back on the login screen + welcome message
