Assign all users from a department (step by step)
Select the department <1>
Department is a mandatory field / selection.
Click the button Apply <2> (or Cancel)
A message about the successful action appears at the top of the screen.
The illustration shows all users from the department (1) are added to the list "Users assigned to the document" (2)
